Home Selling Hints: Getting Ready (Part 1)

Remember, first impressions are lasting impressions.
I advise you to make sure the exterior of your home is
inviting. Here are a few suggestions:
The lawn and shrubbery should be trimmed.
The sidewalks edged.
The yard cleaned.
If the season is suitable,
have the flower beds cultivated and flowers blooming
Touch up anything that needs it.
Consider the value of
a quick coat of exterior paint.
